Guaranteed Approved Auto Sales

Review: We bought a 2003 Ponitac Montana in Nov 2014. We have had nothing but problems with it. They told us it passed all safety checks and was ready to go. Less than 2 months later we noticed it was driving funny. We took it in to be looked at and we were told that nothing had been ch cked on the vehicle and that it was unsafe to drive due to the back wheel about to fall off. We contacted the dealership and told them what was going on. They said they would turn it in to the warranty company and go from there. The dealership did not repair the vehicle. They sent it to a outside place to be fixed and they didn't fix everything that was wrong. So we paid the warranty bill of $103 to get it back. A few months later we noticed the vehicle didn't shift well and the headlight stopped working, the brake lights stopped working and the transmision almost fell out of the vehicle while I was driving it to work. When we called the dealership agian they said to call the warranty company and have them deal with it. We have taken it in to be repaired and are waiting for to get back. While we we have gotten behind on the car note because we've had to buy a cheap vehicle to get to and from work and get our kids to school. So now we are at risk losing our vehicle and having a bad credit against all because the dealership never did what they said they would do.Desired Settlement: We would like them to pay what we owe plus give us a refund for all the money we have had to spend during this whole time.
