Service booked through home warranty company on Monday, scheduled for today (Wednesday) between 0800 and 1600. Ignoring the obnoxiously wide 8 hour window, this was still a problem.

Attempted to contact via phone three times Monday, left voicemails, no return call. Twice Tuesday, left voicemails, no return call. Once this morning, left voicemail, no return call. Now near the end of scheduled window and no-call no-show.

Had to reschedule with a different company for tomorrow, so this is now another day we're going without air conditioning in the middle of a heat wave.
