I emailed them back saying the lights have already been sent back to them via FedEx and we will not be paying the bill (yes I even paid the return freight) AFTER THEY RECEIVED AND ACKNOWLEDGED THAT NOTICE, some manager called in to my accounts payable department obviously wanting to grab payment Thankfully I picked up the phone myself (he got all flustered) and eventually accepted the return Watch out for these guys
This company doesn't take the answer no very wellThey call saying they have a great deal and they want to send you a free jacket or tickets to a *** game or whatever no strings attachedThey then tell you they need your mailing address and that it will be shipped just like that no problemsRight before you hang up they tell you they will include boxes of their light bulbs for the order and in days just send us a paymentbut wait what light bulbs, how much are they, is there shipping, what type of bulbsOh don't worry they are the best price in the industry if you try asking for info, if you ask for a catelogue or a website to check their material you get told sorry we don't do thatTheir prices have always been more expensive than the local hardware stores which makes no sense if your buying bulk from a supplier compared to a single bulb from the local *** or ***If you ask them not to call again, they say fine and within a month you have them calling you again
I regret ever contacting them years ago for info on bulbs
