I attempted to get a refund the next day on 6/22/because I had already found the same dress not realizing it at the time of purchaseThe bridal shop I found the discounted dress on it 100% authentic they just buy samples and resell themI understood that the chances of receiving a refund was slim to none but I did think Paris House of Bridal would attempt to price matchI paid the dress off out of respect to uphold my end of a contract and go to my first fitting at that time management had yet to respond to my numerous messages and I was unsure of the outcome of my requests so no alterations were performedI was then told that instead of receiving a discount on the dress I would receive one on alterations but this also was not followed through by Paris House of Bridal so no alterations were ever done on the dressConsidering every other bridal shop I've been too from Chicago to Valparaiso this is the ONLY one that refuses to discount a "sample" gown off the rack I've left messages at the shop for the manager to please call me because if she refuses to appropriately discount the sample dress is like a BNWT gown ordered so I can attempt to resell the gown but have never once received a returned call

She was supposed to come back and pay the alterations but instead found and provided us with a website that had this counterfeit dress at a drastically reduced price (under cost). We looked into this for the Bride by calling the designer and asking if they would provide some kind of discount as the price online was under cost of the dress. Attached is a copy of the letter they sent. The letter states that they can't confirm the authenticity of the advertised dress and that the site is NOT an authorized dealer and the dress was not purchased from the designer. We cannot match a price or issue a discount if not approved due to the fact that we have a contract with the designer. We can not sell any product under MSRP or we would have our account closed. We have been in contact with Miss [redacted] and explained everything to her.
