Contact with Ms*** was established and the incident was discussedCustomer originally called in at 5:37am and she was informed of a minute response timeminutes later Ms*** was called back and was informed that the primary service provider assigned to the area was not going to
meet the original estimated response time and alternate service was being explored but there could be an additional minute delayCustomer cancelled service request and called back at 11:53am and service was sent outApologies were made to the customer for the experience and reimbursement of the $that she paid in over mileage fees was being reimbursedA check to be mailed to customer refunding fees

We at AAA truly apologize for any miscommunication that was received regarding the AAA
Membership
Benefits. After reviewing the case, I have authorized an expedited
refund of $66.00. It will take 8-business days for the
refund to apply back to the credit card used in the transaction. We have emailed the customer with these findings. I hope this is helpful and we welcome the opportunity to do business together in the future
