My neighbors had bed bugs and now I have them. They are trying to hold me responsible for the costs now that they have cleaned the other apartmentsThe apartments said they will send pest control to my apartment But im responsible for the charges because they're in my apartment and thats how its been for many years and thats how its going to continue to be. I said I'm not paying for anything and I didnt have this problem before yall cleaned that apartment next door. I have witnesses and even my neighbors told me The lady was complaining about bed bugs next door to me so she moved. So the apartment complex Told me he well that apartment clean now and yours the only one infected with them so they will get pest control over there and get it checked out and taken care of but I will have to be responsible when it's not from my apartment. I don't think this is fair and now my belongings have to be thrown out because of this. They knew about it so they should be responsible for replacing my belongings. We had[redacted] do an inspection of this apartment two days after you received the complaint. I have enclosed a copy of the report for your records that state on August 27, 2014 there were no signs of bed bugs in this apartment.They are not allowed to treat any building that shows no sign of infestation and they are in the business of treating bed bugs. The complaint signed the report that she received a copy. Her desired resolution is to just move with no additional charges and have her deposit refunded.I will notify the office to refund her deposit as soon as she agrees to vacant the apartment.
