I warned the customer that the concrete water feature needed to be re coated in concrete before we paint.The existing concrete was decomposing(crumbling) away.He just wanted to clean it up for renters.My responce to his complaint is that the paint did not flake off,the concrete underneath 3/4" came out.I told him this was not a warranty issue as we were hired to paint only.I will touch up the paint in those areas at no cost to him,but the decomposingWill continue
