I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. However, it is important for me to point out that the company never contacted me to turn on my service, I had to call them. I did in fact get my refund check, which seemed to be sent out only after I contacted your office.

In regards to the complaint against our company, ref #[redacted], we did issue a refund check for the amount of $309.00 on July 20, 2016. The customer failed to inform you that when I contacted her about setting up an appointment for her system to be turned on and tested she realized she forgot she...
