Review: I was in an automobile accident and needed ambulance services in April 2014. Guardian Angel billed me and I paid the bill immediately. Subsequently it was determined that my insurance agency [redacted] should have paid that bill, and they did pay Guardian Angel in November 2014. Which means that Guardian Angel received reimbursement twice for the save service! Since then I have been calling Guardian Angel regularly for the past 7 months for my refund of $288. They keep giving me the runaround, not returning my phone call etc.

I have suffered a lot in the accident and have incurred much out of pocket expenses, and I need Guardian Angel to pay me back. This is not the kind of service we expect of anybody let alone an Ambulance Service agency that caters to sick people or people in need. This is more a matter of principal that no business should treat their customers in this manner.
