The customer brought the vehicle in for a noise that was initially addressedAfter pick up the customer noted an additional noise that was not duplicated and addressed and made an appointment for the following dayUpon demonstration with our shop foreman an additional diagnosis was performed and
customer declined further repairsAt that point the complete diagnosis fee was refunded as goodwill
