To Whom This May Concern, Our Company Guardian Bell, LLC took care of the situation on our sideNot only did we reship the bell we also refunded the customer’s moneyWe lost money twice now for shipping and also we loss of productWhen the customer claims he tried contacting us we never received the email stating there was a wrong addressWe shipped the package the same day we received the order on Monday June 8th and shipped to the address the customer entered himself which was [redacted] ***The customer also claims he called us and left a messageEach time he called he left a call back number that went to an automated business prompt that did not allow us to leave a message or have contact with a personToday he forwarded an email that he claimed he sentIt was done at the end of the business day on Monday June 8th which by then the product has already been shippedWe are a very efficient business and ship orders out promptlyWhen a product is sent to a wrong address entered by the customer we receive it back in the mail and contact the customer immediately, and we still haven’t had the original packing slipThe tracking for the original package is [redacted] for USPS.comHere is the tracking number for now a second attempt [redacted] I attached documents that show you the original statement with order number and address information provided by the customerAlso attached are documents with the refund and the details for the new tracking informationSincerely, [redacted] ***
