Mr***, Thinks that contractors should not be paid for coming out to your home hour drive twice and measuring then researching engineers.Sorry but we have to pay for gas, time, and work

I am rejecting this response because:
The AC was already on the roof when Mr***
replaced the roof, it was not properly sealed at the time of installation and that was the cause of the leaks, we still have some water puddles On the roof when it rains, and instead of having a new roof I have black tar patches all over the one that was supposed to be a new roof, I'm waiting to hear from Mr*** on when the Sheetrock will be replaced, after everything has been fixed in accordance then I'll be very happy!

We went over and above replacing wood, and fixing issues, Mrs***, did not have the funds to do all she wanted,so we tried to help her by going above what we should, her house has not been maintained, we ever cut some tree branches down for her at no charge because they were touching roofWe
used hardi-plank replacement boards.we could not cover whole house and paint, and install insulation, and fix sheetrock, replace kicked in door jam,replace some facia boards and paint.for the price she wanted to pay, so we replaced with Hardi-plank the worse areas, there were rotten2x4's behind siding, we replaced at no chargeIf she was so unhappy I wich she would have contacted us first.Thanks ***

I am rejecting this response because:I find it interesting that in no
written correspondence was there ever mentioned money owed to him for reasons he has mentioned in is responseOnly after I have reported his company to the Revdex.com is he trying to say that I owe him money for non-previously mentioned servicesAnd is he implying that such services cost $so I am not entitled to any more of my money back? I have worked with dozens of contractors, some even on completing this building job, which he abandoned, and have had no issues of agreeing what it will cost, what the costs include, and paying them in full.I have attached the signed document for the $and what it originally was specified to be forAlso, included in attachments is the correspondence between *** *** and myself with him stating what the $was for (engineered drawings and soil testing), with me receiving the $as a partial refund and him acknowledging it is a partial refund, and with me asking again when I will receive my remaining $to complete my refund in full and him responding his intent to send it the next week.He owes me $by his own admission and I would like to receive my money immediatelyThank you

I did complain to Mr. [redacted] and his foreman throughout the time they were here. I also notified him a month after the job was finished they the work did not hold up. Mr. [redacted] stated in the contract that all work was guarantied for a year. Yet, I waited over three weeks after notifying him and he has not scheduled a time to at least look at it. I appreciate them trimming the tree but I still have the same problem that I hired them for. I have pictures to uphold what I am saying. Damaged wood was reused. Mr. [redacted] and his foreman were aware of it. A month after they finish date an animal pulled back reused wood and entered my chimney. Mr. [redacted] was called and informed. He was also informed of the soiled insulation. Now, I need to have the insulation redone; the reused wood on chimney replaced; damaged wood on door frame replaced; pay for animals to be removed. I also need to replace a large construction bucket of nails that they loaded up that was mine. They took shortcuts whenever possible. When the crew member that was working on the doorframe tried to get all the locks to work I over heard the foreman to say, "They don't all have to work, just make one work." The young man smiled and said he would make all of them work and he did. I appreciated that.  But this was the work ethnic used.

Tell us why here... They have an old roof, we tried very hard to help them, our last patch was twice the size we quoted to insure we covered damage area. Mr. And Mrs. [redacted] have been very nice, we last gave them an estimate to replace whole old roof deduction a large amount to help on money they...

We got with [redacted] had leaks because of construction of AC unit  Ac company installed AC on her flat roof, she had some leaks, we fixed those and she seems very happy now. Thanks [redacted]
