Just to clarify we got in touch with your office, most recently my assistant Ileana got In Touch with the 2 Franks and had conversations with them , one apparently promised to reverse the charges a few weeks ago then disappeared not answering emails or phone calls.

Then later when we were charged the astronomical $135 , one of the [redacted]'s told her it was a mistake and it'll be resolved and of course nothing.
