Attended services for my step-dad Erensto C [redacted] on 9/21/& 9/22/Encountered MrMark F [redacted] being unprofessional & disrespectful towards Ernesto C [redacted] daughter's & grandchildren at their time of grievenceMrMark F [redacted] placed his hands on three of Mr [redacted] grandchildren including myselfOn 9/22/MrF [redacted] would not allow one of MrC [redacted] daughter to view her father for the last time while the widow was not presentMrF [redacted] proceeded to shout at her and purposely closed the casket preventing family and friends to view MrC [redacted]
