Review: We were given a 2-Year Roof Certification when we purchased a home from Guardian. Guardian is not standing behind the certification. I have been trying since December 2013 to have the roof repaired. The roof was not in the condition they certified it was in at the time of the purchase of the home. They had a roofer come out to give an estimate of repairs and the roofer said the entire roof needs to be replaced. I was communicating with a representative from their company, but now am not receiving any return calls or emails.Desired Settlement: I want the roof replaced and reimbursed for my expenses related to the roof issues.
