I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.] the businesses response doesn't address items that had been brought to his attention previously throughout the project.  The business caused damage to the home. We feel that allowing the work to be completed by Guardian Home Improvements would have caused additional damages and issues. We had additional expenses associated to repair/ complete the items we disclosed to him without any resolution at the time we addressed issues on going. We did not have a signed contract. We had a proposal only, as we provided to the Revdex.com. It appears a lawsuit is eminent at this point since he is refusing to acknowledge any wrong doing and the fact he received payment for work not provided as well as not building per the plans.

I have received your claim and I see it to be accusations
that offer very little or no description of any kind or offer an explanation as
to how they were derived.  I take these
allegations very seriously and have sought legal representation in the matter.  I have been advised to keep...

my statements
brief since I feel my company has a legitimate grievance and am contemplating
taking further action.  The firing of my
company was a breach of the contract that we had.  I was trying to work things out with you and
never refused to do so.  Many of your
issues would have been addressed during the finish carpentry stage of the
project that my company was unable to complete due to your decision.  I feel no obligation
to comment any further on the matter, as I feel legal recourse may be the more
appropriate action.  If you continue this
course of action, I ask that you offer more description and proof of every
claim made against Guardian Home Improvements.  Anything you feel that I have not addressed, I will state that I am
neither confirming nor denying them.  As
always, I was only wishing for your happiness in your new home and hope we can
find a peaceful closure to this matter.
