I have received your claim and I see it to be accusations that offer very little or no description of any kind or offer an explanation as to how they were derived I take these allegations very seriously and have sought legal representation in the matter I have been advised to keep my statements brief since I feel my company has a legitimate grievance and am contemplating taking further action The firing of my company was a breach of the contract that we had I was trying to work things out with you and never refused to do so Many of your issues would have been addressed during the finish carpentry stage of the project that my company was unable to complete due to your decision I feel no obligation to comment any further on the matter, as I feel legal recourse may be the more appropriate action If you continue this course of action, I ask that you offer more description and proof of every claim made against Guardian Home Improvements Anything you feel that I have not addressed, I will state that I am neither confirming nor denying them As always, I was only wishing for your happiness in your new home and hope we can find a peaceful closure to this matter
