inspections yearly than most, if not all, inspection companies in Pittsburgh,PAThough we try, we are not always able to please everyone; however we have a customersatisfaction rate of 99%1am proud of our reputation and the service we have provided overthe years.The specific complaint brought by this client was found to be not valid due to the photos takenduring the inspection which clearly show no evidence of holes or splits in the vent pipesservicing the furnace or water heater at the time of the inspectionI would gladly provide thephoto evidence to anyone interested.While we would love to be able to predict future problems with certainty, unfortunatelytechnology has not yet afforded us this capabilityIn addition, we have found over the yearsthat many contractors tend to embellish minor repair items in an effort to scare clients intopaying for often unnecessary or bogus repairsThe home inspection performed for thisparticular client identified over $10,worth of deficienciesI feel the client received aprofessional inspection and thorough report based on the conditions ofthe home at the time ofthe inspection and therefore do not feel inclined to offer a refund.Best regards,Jason B***Guardian Home Inspection, LLC
