I am rejecting this response because: According to our realtor Troy was contacted in regards to the dishwasher leakingWe would like for this to be turned into Guardian's insurance company so we can recover the money we have had to spend on this issue.

This email from the Revdex.com is the first I have been notified by the sellers that there was a problem regarding leaking from the dishwasherIt leaked almost as soon as it started and was shut down immediatelyThe leak was wiped up and no leaking was noticed in the kitchen or below in the basement for
hours after that so I felt the leaking had stoppedEverything was done as responsibly as possibleContrary to the sellers statement, I have not had any previous communication with the sellers so I do not know who told them I refused to pay or take responsibility for this accidentIf I had known I would have dealt with this in a timely mannerI will immediately notify my insurance company so they can make arraignments to resolve the concerns stated in this complaintI will need the sellers contact information for the insurance company

I have turned everything into my insurance company and am working to get this resolvedIf you have any further questions, please contact me
