We did sign a contract with the Kosher group and started to perform work as they said they had the permits 25% through the project the property was red tagged by the county and all worked seizedGuardian from there did not want to work with the homeowners but then decided to continue working if there was permits on the siteso we took the time to have the plans drawn up ($2,200) but performed all the leg work at the city for no additional costWhen we started to perform the work again after waiting almost months for approved plans there were a few change orders we also performed and have not been paid for but there is a change order for cadet that we haven't performed eitherThe homeowners kept coming to the job site and bugging the subcontractors and asking of extra things we never said anything about not wanting to finish the jobI woukd say the project is at 45%

It is full of lies and does not address our original complaint.
First of all, we NEVER said we had the permits nor did we ever have a conversation about having permitsGuardian Investments LLC was hired to do the 4-week project March 15, The county put a notice on the house, at the end of June, MONTHS after Guardian Investments LLC was originally hired to complete the jobGuardian Investments placed the application for the permits July 22, and permits were approved by August 10, That was MONTHS agoALL CHANGE ORDERS were PAID and we have PROOF of paymentGuardian Investments LLC and Steve S*** continue to lie and not get work doneWe visited the job site to see if anyone was doing any workMost of the time there was no one thereWe were happy to see subcontractors there the few times we saw them thereWe wanted to get the 4-WEEK job doneThey were so far off from getting the job done, there is no point in asking for EXTRA THINGSIt has been months nowWe had an inspector come and review the status of the house against the contractIt is 19% donePer our original complaint, even some of the work that was done, was done either incorrectly or in a deceptive mannerFor example, the vapor barrier in the crawl space only covers the front 20% of the crawl space, something we would not have discovered without the independent home inspectorIt has been MONTHSThe job is not doneWe have not heard from Guardian Investments LLC.Sincerely,*** ***
