It is unfortunate that a customer of Guardian Landscape Services, LLC feels this way about our servicesFor thirteen years, my company has been providing landscaping services to hundreds of customers across many Seattle neighborhoodsRarely do we get any complaints about the quality of our work we
pride ourselves with providing our customers with quality landscaping services and always want to make sure that they feel they are being taken care ofThe allegations by this customer are not trueThe services we provide are to industry standardsWe trim trees, bushes, and large plants to a reasonable size to allow for proper growthAs a company, we know that our workers are not perfect and it is why I have allocated all my time to answer any questions and disputes that our customers haveIf someone has any issues with the services provided they call me directly and I will show up to look at what my workers have accomplished or may have missedIf we (customer and I) agree that something is missed I personally will correct the issue as soon as possibleThis customer decided not to pay in full for the services already performed so I decided to not send a crew to his residence until payment was madeWhen he made the call to me, I assumed he wanted to continue with our partnership so I sent my crew over right awayOnce again, on our last trip to his property, trimming was done as we do to all our customersAt this time we do not see a reason as to why we would partially refund for the services already performedAs an industry expert we do not feel we have damaged any plants or trees with all of the services we have performed Attentively, Guardian Landscape Services, LLC Pascual V***

From: *** *** Sent: Friday, July 07, 3:PM Subject: RE: You have a new message from the Revdex.com Please see my response below as well as my two attachments.Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: Since October I have complained to Pascual numerous times about the poor quality of work that was being done on my property The contract clearly states (see attached image label Contract.jpg) that A) Guardian Landscape will care for flower beds and remove weeds (there are several text messages attached that show this was not done routinely and they only times it was done was re-actively when I mentioned it Nothing was ever done proactively by Guardian Landscape per their contract The contract also states that they will both pruned and trim shrubs The attached pictures show that my Japanese Maples were not pruned as they should be but a mechanical trimmer was taken to these trees, this is not as Pascaul states "Industry Standard" Also as the pictures of the rose bushes show these were never pruned and they should have been per the contract Our current landscaper even made comments about the poor quality of work done regarding the rose bushes not being taken care of properly In regards to the lawn the contract states that it will be fertilized and moss control applied In the attached pictures you can clearly see that the lawn had a significant amount of weeds growing in it along with areas of moss Had fertilizer been applied in a timely manner these weeds would not have been growing Also, the attached picture also shows a text message to Pascual having to remind him once again to apply the moss control.Lastly, Pascual calls out that I didn't pay him the full amount in May As mentioned before this is true as I held back $ This is because it is unfair for Pascual to expect me to uphold my end of the contract each month and pay the full amount when his company continues to not do the work as he is held to per the contract Had his company actually performed the work or didn't do such a terrible just in doing the work I would have gladly paid him the full amount Also, he states that based on me not paying the full amount he took it I didn't want his services I tried to cancel my services with Pascaul on October 12, at 11:51am because he wasn't doing any of the weeding or trimming in the contract At that time he would not let me out of the contract and threatened to sue me if I didn't continue to pay him monthly So he is inconsistent in upholding the contract when it is only favorable to him It would have been best for both parties had he let me out of the contract on October 12th instead of him continuing to come onto my property and not doing the work as promised Pascaul needs to learn and understand that he cannot hold people 100% to paying him each month if he does not have the ability to do the same on his end A contract does work both ways.In lieu of the lack of services not delivered per the contract and damaging my Japanese Maples I’m asking for a 10% refund on services provided during the contracted period that equals $ I would also ask that if Pascual says that the quality of work identified in the photos is “industry standard” that he use these photos to advertise with to show the quality of work he and his company provide while strong arming their customers by threatening legal action for trying to terminate a contract that Guardian Landscape is not able to uphold.Sincerely,*** ***
