My daughter had a broken and infected toothThey took x rays and prescribed antibioticsI used my credit card and paid for thisI was quoted two pricesOne was for an extraction and the second was for surgery, as they didn't know which option was going to be needed
The next week we went back for the repairI again gave them my credit card to pay for the second visitThe receptionist told me it was paid forWe were confused, to say the leastI asked her how that was and she informed us that that she pre-charged my credit card the week before, the larger amount no less, and told us she had mentioned this to us
We left as my daughter was in great painIn talking about it on the way home, neither my daughter or I remembered being told thisI would not have allowed thisI called the office and expressed this to her and also asked which procedure had been preformedShe said that she hadn't been given that information and she would now checkShe said that surgery had been preformedI asked my daughter what she had been told while undergoing the procedure and she had been told it was an extraction (lower price)My daughter then got onto the phone to express this to her and express the same thing about not being told about pre-charging my card and they hung up on her
We went back to the office to talk about this in personI asked again about the procedure (price) and she said that no one, told her which procedure was doneSo I'm wondering how she knew the week prior, how much to pre-charge my credit card as the procedure had not yet been preformedAfter much displeasure on our part we were asked to go into a room to discuss this
Nothing was resolved, we were charged the higher price because the dentist then claimed it was surgeryWe spoke with the police about it all and were told that pre-charging is illegal and very bad business practice, we mentioned this to the dentist and he said to disregard what the police had to say
So all in all we are not looking for a discount nor free service, we were upset that my credit card was pre-charged on a QUOTE only with out our permission or knowledge, we would like to prevent this from happening to someone else in the future

I went here for an emergency procedure that actually took two visits to fix with them, and one more procedure at another dentist to fix their mistakesTurned out they were too focused on trying to sell me crap and trying to fix things that weren't necessary that they forgot how to treat the customerThe whole experience was equivalent to taking my car in to a sleazy mechanic, both a poor job and a big ripoff
It was a painful experience, both on my mouth and wallet When it was all done, I had a bill that was three times the amount of the third visit with my regular dentistI will never go here again and will tell everyone to not go here too
