No communication from their office throughout the move. Every time I needed to know when people would be out I had to call or read their minds I guess. Sales rep Ed Watson lied to me about when they could drop off. When that commitment was not met he would not return any of my calls. Office staff told me half a dozen times they text him to call ASAP and I never heard from him. Wonder why? Very shady operation from sales to service my recomendation is to go with anyone else for your move if you want to deal with professional people.
