In March of this year a water bill of $indicated I had a severe water leak somewhere I did not have time to get estimates....I just went online and called the plumbing company whose reviews sounded the best to me Lucky for me it was Guardian Plumbing It turned out I had two separate problems, one of which was not only difficult to locate but very time consuming to repair Every step along the way, they took the time to show me EXACTLY what and where the problem was and what they were doing to fix it Looking inside the underground pipes with their video camera (I think that's what it's called) was fascinating and informative It enabled me to see for myself the nature of one of the problems Yes, it was expensive but it was less than I thought it would be AND their quote was firm which is rare--nearly every contractor I've ever engaged ends up telling me midway through the job that some unforeseen complication requires them to increase my bill

Guardian Plumbers returned and completely redid the repairs done by the earlier repairmanThey also did not request any additional moneyThey explained that the repair man that had responed the first time was no longer with the compnay due to his work quality not being up to their standards
