Review: My pool fence was installed on 12/24/14. Installer did not have caps on hand and promised that owner would send via mail. This never happened. I had to call the owner multiple times. He promised to send them but never did. I called to complain about the gate not fitting properly and closing properly. Despite repeated calls and promises to come and correct the issue, the owner did not follow through. I had to call repeatedly. Finally, the owner showed up to correct the issue with the gate. At that time, he provided the caps that was never provided previously. A cover plate to the gate latch was broken. The owner promised to order a replacement part and have it mailed to me. This never happened. I again had to call the owner about the issue. He never ordered the part. He said that he would remove a cover plate from inventory in stock and send it to me. Again, this never happened.

I'm tired of the promises that never get filled. I've been extremely patient in my calls to the owner and with his unresponsiveness. I'm done.Desired Settlement: The owner can immediately send a brand new replacement cover for the gate latch or refund my entire installation cost. Your choice!
