We have been in touch with the complainant multiple times. Unfortunately, there must have been some miscommunication, as our staff do not recall the conversations as he does.
For a brief history, our agency was appointed Successor Trustee on 60+ Trusts in November, 2015. The previous Trustee...

had closed their office. Therefore, in late November, we were able to obtain the files on all the Trusts from the previous Trustee. We then had to input all 2015 information into the system so we would be able to prepare financial reports for these 60 new clients, which is what caused the hold-up.
When we were first contacted by complainant, he was notified of this information and that we would get him financial reports as soon as we could, but that it is taking us some time to put everything together.
February 29 and March 1, are the dates that we mailed the new trust beneficiaries their 2015 tax forms, along with a 2015 year-end balance sheet, and 2015 income & expense report. We also called complainant to notify him that they were mailed. We are not aware of any other information that he has requested, besides these reports.
