This company monitors the scanners of the fire department and show up at your property offering to assist you through a rough time. Then they present a contract saying "demo Per Insurance." The price they list is EXCESSIVE and won't be paid by the insurance company. So, working with Captial Adjusters, they attached $40,000 from the settlement money for work worth less than half that amount. These people are fire chasers and are only Out to Over Bill Your Insurance Company!

This company billed $65,000 for emergency services. When I called Jason the owner to inform him he his workers had not secured the back door to the property, he informed me he doesn't do anything he doesn't get paid for. He never sent anyone back to secure the property and the scavengers came out!

Jason the owner is a certified con man. Comes nice at first and then robs you blind.
