t because on the first visit, he just up and left with ALL of my locks in his truck without saying a word to me. Leaving me with NO protection! Over an hour later, he came back and put the locks on stating that he had to go get help because he couldn't figure out the lock. Yes, I called him an i
t because who in their right mind sends someone to do a job they don't know how to do that involves protecting me and my child?? Being that they had come and "fixed" my locks twice, had become hostile with me, and we had now moved in with all of our belongings, there is no way that I can trust them to do their job and "fix" it again. I won't trust myself to someone who deems it appropriate to yell at, hang up on and call a customer a liar - that is very bad business. So, no the service was not satisfactorily performed. I had to replace my locks myself and will not settle for them to come "fix" again. I have saved the old locks for review by whomever deems it necessary in order to get my money back.
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.
I have not been trolling this company. I posted truthful reviews as I do with all businesses I deal with as I believe that customer opinion is what matters. I do not have mostly bad reviews, but I do have bad reviews when they are fit to the situation I encountered. I have plenty of good reviews, but this is not about other businesses, this is about Guardian Lock and Safe. Nothing of what I have said is fabricated. I have stated facts. While the hardware is old, why (as a "reputable" locksmith) would they not suggest I replace the locks? As far as me calling back and him waiting 10 minutes to call back? No, he hung up and immediately, within 2 minutes, called back - likely as he realized his mistake in customer service. Why would I oblige to let a hostile "manager" come to my house an fix a lock? The facts are as I stated: I had the locks re-keyed and the very next day the deadbolt cylinder came out. I called and they took 2 days to come out. After that, the very next time I used the lock, it happened again. I called again where I called the technician who completed the job an i

Ive been dealing with this lady trolling me and my company trying to ruin our reputation since the first issue. She went everywhere she could to leave a bad review and I mean everywhere, good thing my customers are great and came to my defense because we are the standard in the industry, almost...
s you dont know what you doing I tried to explain yes sometimes this happens with older locks the parts get worn. Its a $1 part at the most but unfortunately they dont make them anymore. After she started yelling I hung up, she called back twice I ignored, and then called her back in 10min and asked her if she was ready to talk in a professional manner and get the issue resloved. She obliged and I told her even though its not my fault, I will go out myself (the owner) and replace and install and rekey the new lock for free. She said no I want my money back and I said no, I think Ive been more than fair and I will not be giving you your money back for a service that was completely. Side note, most of her reviews on google, and yelp are 1-2 stars. This seems like a common thing for her, she even says the same comment that she wishes she could leave negative stars just like she says in at least 4 other reviews. Hopefully as you can see we have tried to go above and beyond for her. THANKS [redacted] THANKS[redacted]
every review we have on all outlets are 5 star. Now that that is out of the way, here is what It boils down to, alot of what she says is completely fabricated, shes just mad and being completely unreasonable because all she wants is her money back for a service which has been completed successfully. We rekeyed her house no problem and the keys we provided her work and that is what she called us out for. She moved into a house that has very old hardware and One of them has a clip that has to pop off on the back of it to be rekeyed so thats what we did and rekeyed it and put it back and the next day or so I cant remember she called and said the lock came apart so I sent a tech to fix it and bend the little clip to hopefully say on better so It wouldnt happen again. This is a common issue with older locks, which I told her. So she called and said it poped off again ans started raising her voice saying you guys are i
