Regards,*** *** They are calling "Every Night" between pm and pm stating "they can not get through to the server"I have spoken to several representatives and they just tell me they need my mailing address to send me a new password ???? What part of I canceled the service a year ago do they not understand. They are calling "Every single" Night, including Sundays. Is there any Recourse I can take other than changing my Number to stop the harassing calls

Review: About two week pior to this dated date shown. Guardian Protection Services (GPS) called to say that my alarms went off and they dispatched police to my house. How could that had happen? I was home all day and I never put in any disstressed called. I assumed maybe, my husband did but he was gone more than two (2) hrs ago. So GPS asked that we setup a service call and I said that fine. We scheduled from 2-5pm of course GPS came at 5:43pm.

The day of the service the Tech said to me, "there is lot of things I see going on here, come let me shows them to you'. Whatever he said did'nt make sense because, it not in my scope of work? He said the problems was fixed and left, ten (10) min later I'm having calls/txt on my cell phone asking me why we're getting the house phone are we ok. That when we notice the phone did'nt have dial tone.

I called GPS they said they will send someone out first thing in the morning and they did. Tech arrival (8:05a) said, " I don't know what the other tech did, he need to come and fixed it". Today I'm working from home with no phone services and I have four (4) phone conference. I called up GPS customer service and it got ugly because, they telling me they cannot promise anything but they will see. I missed my 9:30am conference phone call and this is what they're telling me. Finally, the same tech that came the first time was back and got the dial tone back and working but, the issues that he came to fixed NEVER go FIXED, AND I MISSED another conference calls again. Two important conference calls...MISSED because of GPS INCOMPETENT.

The Tech is gone the problems not fixed and I was unable to dial into on two (2) conference calls Whatever the issues is with the box for GPS in my house? I convinced they are the cause of it, different tech coming doing different things they cause the problems. I want it fixed!Desired Settlement: I will like for this issues to be fixed ASAP with no charges to me. It looked like whatever is the problems need to be done with an expert Tech who know their job. I also will like for everything to be repIaced that causing the problems. I don't know what the issues is but, it look overwhelming for some, the reason why I refer an expert Tech who know the job. I'm paying for this services every month and this should be a priority for them for my family safety.

Review: I signed with guardian for one of my homes. after just 3 months and many faulty alarms I cancelled there service and let them know my dissatisfaction . I talked with 3 agents for thee company who assured me my services would be cancelled and I would be free of there 'none' services. 2 years later I received a call tonight saying they couldn't get a signal through to my alarm system ??? I called them back and was informed I was still on there system and still being billed for services. The house in question has been vacant for over 14 months and I cancelled service way before even that.Desired Settlement: They said they would cancel services but didn't, I think there company is scamming people, and if it gets any further , 'I will take them to court' before they take me.
