Review: Guardian services was appointed by the PA court to be the guardian for my mother. she was a resident in local nursing home. She passed away on 09/20/13when I questioned the employees at guardian why I was not contacted regrding her recent failing health and the decision to put her on hospice. I was met with rude and condescending employees (including the exec director) they had claimed I was contacted but yet will not provide me with dates/times or phone numbers that they had called I have called twice and emailed 3 timesDesired Settlement: I am demanding both the information regarding how and when this company contacting me regarding the failing health of my mother and a complete apology from both the case worker and the exec director

Per your letter of Tuesday, October 8th and in response to **. [redacted]'s complaint: A phone call was made to **. [redacted] on August 7, 2013 to notify him of a medical change regarding his mother. We had two numbers for **. [redacted], ###-###-#### (cell) and ###-###-#### which I assume is a home number. I do not know which number was called.

I apologize if **. [redacted] felt he was treated rudely. I am 100% confident with my professional staff. The report I received from two of my staff who spoke with him was that he became irate, screaming, "this conversation ends now" two times before my staff person ended the call.

I am rejecting this response because: When contacting Guardian services following the death of my mother, I was told by [redacted] the original caseworker assigned via phone that notes were kept documenting times and dates of mutiple phone calls to me regarding the failing health of my Mother. My complaint to Revdex.com regarding Guardian asked that the dates/times from these alleged notes be provided to me.The response clearly lacks what was requested. My mother passed away on 09/20. [redacted]'s response claimed that 1 phone call was made. I have no phone record of an inbound call from Guardian on either number on the date indicated.

I also requested an apology from [redacted]. Not only did her staff hang up on me, but in an email from her to me dated 09/27 he questions my motives in visting my own Mother and put the burder of me finding out oabout my mother failing heath on me. This not only is unprofessional it is insulting and hurtful. I expected more from a "Executive Director"

Guardian services clearly failed to do the job they were paid to do. They then compounded the frustration with failure to provide infomation and acted totally unprofessional
