[redacted] [redacted] , who had done my taxes for years, took money from me to do my taxes, and then I found out he has closed this businessHe never filed a tax return for me, but he called and e-mailed me that I could expect a significant refundHis phone has been disconnected and he will not respond to e-mailsI am now left to settle this with the *** myselfI am very upset about this and I am sure I am not the only one in this situation

He never filed a tax return for me, but he called and e-mailed me that I could expect a significant refund. His phone has been disconnected and he will not respond to e-mails. I am now left to settle this with the [redacted] myself. I am very upset about this and I am sure I am not the only one in this situation.
