I took my vehicle to Guardiola’s to have many of the steering components replaced and an alignment done. My truck was not the same after the services were completed. I took it back and I was told that there was nothing wrong with what they did. I told them that there was excessive play on my steering tattoo did not exist before. Having replaced almost the entire front-end and having the vehicle aligned, should have attained better results than what I experienced. Had I known, I never would have taken it to this shop. I don’t believe that the mechanic who performed the service had any certifications. Also, I had taken the vehicle back, at my request, to have the joints lubed a bit more. The mechanic did not use the appropriate grease to fill the boots of the joints.
Request to update me on the Complaint with the receipt to the work perform in order for me to pull the information from our files.
Please provide date, with detail work, total cost of all work done. I am unable to locate Ms *** in our file.
The statement that Ms *** said maybe incorrect steering work on vehicle is not done in our location but we do alignment when our alignment equipment is working.

I am rejecting this response because:
I have provided you the receipt from the transaction between Guardiolas shop and myself. I can provide another copy showing that they replaced several steering components and performed the alignment if necessary.
