Review: Purchased a $950.00 timepiece on 4/30/14. The bracelet detached from the center due to poor welding. Sent it to the manufacturer for repair on or about October 1, 2014. Received a call from the manufacturer on 11/4/14 advising me that they will not cover the costs of repair as they feel that the watch was "properly made and since it passed through their company process prior to sale then it was not defective (as per [redacted])."Desired Settlement: Want a full refund or replacement of said watch.

Review: In May 2014 I purchased a Guccisima Brown over the shoulder bag in Paris at the Champs Elysee store. I paid around 550 Euros, exactly 790.81 US Dollars. I have only used it on the weekends for my wallet and other small items. On June 29, 2014 I noticed some chipping on the bottom corners and front of the bag, that looked like chipped paint. I called my nearest Gucci store at the Beverly Center and talked to John C[redacted] and he told me to bring in the bag. I did and he said that he's not sure why the store sold it to me because, they have had issues with this particular bags leather and it chipping. I was disappointed to find out that I had to return my bag that I had purchased in Paris. So, I did and I was only given credit in the amount of US Dollars, I am sad that I had to pay in Euros to begin with only to lose out on more money when I had to return my defective bag, that shouldn't had been sold to me to begin with. I ended up spending another 550.00 US Dollars to get a new bag. I am saddened by this whole situation, the money that I lost and the money that I had to spend again. The only positive thing was that John C[redacted] was AMAZING. I didn't even get a discount to make up for the fact that I bought original bag in Euros but, paid a lot more in US Dollars. So, I am writing this email with the hopes that something will be done to rectify this really bad situation.Desired Settlement: for the amount that I paid originally for the bag in euros or a credit.

Per my conversation with [redacted] today, I will accept this on the understanding that Gucci will direct the complaint to the proper department. In the case I do not hear back from the correct department from Gucci, I will reopen this matter.

Review: I have purchased a Gucci Wallet from gucci.com, and the material is metallic leather. After only used twice and I started noticing the color of the leather started to fade. So I have contacted Gucci and see if they can do anything about it. They told me to send it to the repairing department, so I did. After three weeks of waiting, I got a package in the mail and they send the original wallet back and wrote a letter saying there is nothing they can do, they were unable to facilitate my request to repair the item. So I called their customer service department and see if they can do an exchange or refund. And the lady told me there is nothing they can do. I spent more than $400 on this wallet and only used twice and now I can't use it because of the material. I just wasted over $400 for nothing, I am very unsatisfied with their service and how they handled the problem.Desired Settlement: I would like them to issue me a refund for how much I have spend on this wallet, I can send the item back to them. I don't think its right to have customer spent so much money and can't not use the item.
