Never order from Gucci Online.
I purchased two mascaras and only got one tube. Imagine if people order more expensive things? Wow, they will rob you! I do not want a refund, I want my products.
You are better off in store. My distaste for the brand, now, is lackluster.

I placed an online order from Gucci on Wednesday, 7-24 with a two-day shipping option from ***. My package was attempted to be delivered on Friday, 7-26, but needed a signature - which I was unaware of. I contacted *** and they said that I needed to contact Gucci about this since they were the ones who paid for it to have a signature. I called Gucci, was on hold for over 30 minutes, and then was disconnected. I called Gucci a second time and then told that I would have to arrange to pick my package up at *** over an hour away from where I live - then was disconnected. I waited until Monday, 7-29 to contact Gucci again. My first attempt was made through their online chat. The rep, "Sandro" only kept telling me the status of my delivery. I finally said "Yes, you told me that." to which she responded, "Your tone of voice and en is not appropriate for Gucci Live Chat. I am now ending our conversation. You are welcome to use any of our client service channels but we ask that you treat our staff in the manner to which you would expect to be treated yourself. Thank you again for visiting Gucci. Have a nice day!" and ended our conversation -- I find this to be extremely poor customer for when you're paying for anything Gucci... I had to call for the third time to which they said again that I needed to take this up with ***. *** said they are under strict restrictions from Gucci to not leave anything without a signature, nor change the delivery address. I just cannot believe the runaround I'm getting with this. Gucci now expects that I will drive over two hours just to pick up my package that was supposed to be delivered days ago.

Fast two day shipping and good communication while the item was backordered

I ordered a very expensive purse from gucci online and I didnt get it until more than 2 months. They did not even inform me about the delay in shipping, then after almost 3 months my credit card got charged and the purse came, so I had to return it coz I didnt need it anymore, I called them for a prepaid shipping label and they denied me for one so I went to *** as I was told by gucci representative, I called to get a refund for mu shipping cost which is $50 and they gave me a hard time and denied me, I even spoke to manager. They said in email that customer satisfaction is there goal but I felt like I was robbed. I just want refund for shipping cost. If other smaller companies gives prepaid labels why cant they? Pls help.

when I buy the wrong hand bag online, I want to cancel but ican not found, and I send email to him , nobody cancel my oreder. the stuff still send to me. when I want to return the stuff, I should pay 80$for the ship. it is *** and the money stii not return to me

I placed two orders from Gucci.com for a handbag two weeks ago.
The first order, Gucci.com order #***, was cancelled on July 20, 2017.
I called the customer service and was told my order got cancelled because they cannot verify my credit card information.
As I put down an address for shipping and another address for billing.

So in the same day, I placed another order, ***, for the same handbag; and as they requested, I let Gucci.com ship my order to my billing address.
However, today(7/27/2017) I want to look up the order status, and I was told the order cancelled.
Calling customer service again and was told that the email address was not containing my first name and last name.

Reasons I am getting mad:
1. The website has provided the option to ship to a different address other than billing address. However, my order ended up cancelled.
2. The website DIDN'N mentioned that the email I used for them to contact SHOULD contain my first name and last name. This is ridiculous.
3. The website cancelled my order without letting me know.
4. All customer service keep telling me that I provide incorrect information. However, I gave correct information and my credit card company has approved for both transactions.
