Review: I just paid Bubbles and Biscuits Cat and Dog Groomers to wash, BRUSH, and trim my dogs hair and this is what I got back. A dog still shedding a large amount of hair, enough hair that I took a de-shedding brush and removed enough fur, MYSELF, to create another animal. Plus a wonderful bald spot, THAT WAS BLEEDING on her left side from where someone either knicked her with the trimmers, or scraped a hot spot causing the wound to open. When we called to inform them of the situation, they basically told us it was our fault and that the spot must have been there prior to bringing our dog in (which it was not).Desired Settlement: $65.00 was paid to this business for services that were not rendered. I would like my money refunded.
