We received a letter from your law office...

regarding customer of our [redacted]. We have reviewed her case and pulled up records indicating that we did provide a technical support and we have contacted her personally and her husband also over the phone (copies attached). This product has a metal frame and support legs and it is impossible for it to crush under the light rain, so provide picture look more of the physical damaged item. Per our company policy, in order for us to provide refund, we have to receive product back first and shipping is not cover by us. But for this customer we are doing an exception and are proving call tag for a [redacted] will stop by at customer’s location and will pick it up. Product has to be packed in original package. As soon as we will get the product back, we will issue a full refund.
