Guerilla Beekeepers

Review: I put in an order online on 30 January 2014 for assorted Guerrilla Beekeepers products. The total came to $88.50When I put in my order, there was the option of delivery by priority mail or local pickup. Since I live locally, I opted to pick it up myself. After several days of expecting someone to email me to notify that my order was ready, on 11 February, I called the business. I was told my order (#[redacted]) was ready and to come to their side door between their hours of 0800 and 1700 (5:00) any day.I went the next day, 12 February and found the location of Guerrilla Beekeepers. It was 1035. It had a Guerrilla Beekeepers sign on the front door but was gated up so I went to the side door as I had been directed. I knocked on the side door thrice, the delivery bay door thrice and knocked on the window. There was no answer. I called several times (1036, 1038, 1041, 1047) and left two messages. I left the location at 1050.When I arrived at home, I put in an email to them listing the details I have just described and asked them to either send it to me free or refund the entire amount, their choice. I still have not received a call or email.Desired Settlement: My order was for $88.50. At this point, I do not want the product as it was for Valentine's gifts. I would like a banker's check/certified check for the amount stated.

As of last night, Guerrilla Beekeepers has sent me my order (via free shipping). All the products ordered were sent with an additional four jars of honey sent as a bonus. I must consider this as an acceptable finish to my complaint even though it took one week for them to settle this and the products were supposed to be gifts for Valentine's Day.
