Review: Some areas of my driveway were supposed to be patched(filled in) in addition to the sealcoating. Patch areas were not addressed and after several telephone calls with [redacted] owner, with promises to come back to complete the work with no follow through.Desired Settlement: Simply come back and finish the job correctly.

Review: Guerriero Paving & Sealcoating, Inc. (Owner [redacted] was contracted to fill cracks in my driveway and apply seal to the driveway. Work was done to the driveway on May 4, 2015. Mr. Guerriero stated he would fill all cracks before sealing the driveway and if a crack was not filled before the seal that size crack would fill with the seal. Mr. Gueerriero stated there is a three(3) year warranty on the filling of cracks and sealing the driveway.I noticed on 5/5/15 that cracks in the middle of the driveway were not filled with seal. I called Mr. Guerriero and asked him to return to fill the cracks. I did not receive a call from him nor did he return. I called several days later asking for an approximate time he would return. I have not received a response.Desired Settlement: I would like him to fill the cracks or refund a portion of the money, so I can get the work done.
