Guerrino Dentistry advertise that they are children/teen dentists I had multiple bad experience with this dentist office One perfect sample about a month ago I had an appointment with my year old daughter we got there minutes early waited patiently for about minutes Which I have no problem with it because when you are in a children's dentist it is expected at times I got to see the dentist I sales about number one in five minutes in there with my daughter when she got an a scare with an expected because there are kids he was getting annoying that my daughter was scared you say had no time for this and yeah the patient awaiting my response was I was also waiting on everyone must leave a turn with I had an appointment also like everyone else I want his kids you have to be more patient so I'm going to the front desk and speaking to the manager about the situation and told him it was very unprofessional for dance is not to have any patients and I seen I had so I'm going to the front desk and speak to the manager about the situation and told him it was very unprofessional for the dentist to say doesn't have any time for this I told a manager you can check the time on the computer which he did and it shows that we was barely in there five minutes so he rescheduled me for another date with a different dentist went back on a different date and have issues again this time is because he had no children Dentist available spoke to the same manager again I had an appointment and I was called the night before to make sure that I was going to the dentist appointment and no point did I sa that had an appointment and I was call the night before to make sure that I was going to the dentist appointment and at no point that they said that I have any children's dentist available when I get there they referred me to a different location was I told him that should've done before I got there because I would not call them for anything I would've been charge for it this rules should apply for both this particular place is very unprofessional and his organize this and I have any sign stating that as children/teen dentist I had another bad experience before I'm impatient by giving them chances I also have a teen daughter that we also had a bad experience the day before that she had an appointment a month and a Invanz only get there the day of the appointment which by the way will call to make sure that we are going to see if because I had no Tina denti in events only get there the day of the appointment which by the way will call to make sure that we are going on a date with Clancy because I had no teen dentist available for that day

The Business sent me a letter that credited the $90.00. I emailed back responding only a refund to our bank card was acceptable because we would not returning to their office. We have refunded the $90 charge for the x-rays as you were not seen by the doctor due to her having an emergency of her own and needing to leave early. We do hope that you have taken care of the infection, as your oral health is most important here.

Review: I made an appointment for a dental appointment, upon reviewing my health insurance which is my husband insurance, I found out the dental was not included. I called very early on the morning of my appoint and spoke with a woman, and told her what happen and cancelled my appointment. On Monday the 2/**/15, I received a bill for "Broken appointment fee" in the amount of $100.00Desired Settlement: This pratise is simple unfounded, and should not continue to impose on unsuspected patients.

Review: Company delayed service of [redacted] by a week saying Dentist was not available until then. Xrays were taken by [redacted] under false pretense saying there was a credit on our account that covered it and then retracted that by saying we had to pay full price plus had a previous balance. In fact we had a discount plan that they tried to deny us. We paid half the cost of xrays in the end but the Dentist left before we got there and no services were performed on the [redacted].Desired Settlement: Company should be investigated for unethical practices and overpriced services.

Review: At this practice, I received a root canal and cavity filling. After a poorly done procedure which included a hole that extended beyond my teeth and a chipped tooth, the dentist decided I did not actually need a root canal, instead two teeth extractions and dental implants. Hence, I did not continue my process at that office and continued it elsewhere. The treatment plan cost $4,145, my insurance covered $1,000. I opened a [redacted] Patient Plan to cover the cost. At that practice a root canal cost $1,000, I had two (2), so I was charged $2,000, and one (1) cavity filling for $120, that totaled only $2,120. Yet, the practice charged my [redacted] account $3,145 even though I did not complete the services there, as a result they owe me $2,025. I have been contacting them for over 3 weeks and either the person to authorize refunds in on vacation, out of the office or has quit. I call and they assure me someone will call me back and nobody does.Desired Settlement: I need a refund of $2, 025 into my [redacted] account for services

Review: Guerrino Dentistry is the most fraudulent, corrupt, and unethical business (emphasis on business- not doctors office) I've ever walked into.

1) As a naive 22 year old, I went to this office for ONE tooth which was bothering me and needed a root canal. While I was numb and in the chair, they convinced me to do the other 2 teeth next to it. The [redacted] (the ringleader of this circus) convinced me to do all three teeth, but I would have a balance of $900. I contacted my father, and [redacted] took out a [redacted] loan in his name (without his signature or any information). After the root-canals were done, he informed me that now I would need $3300 to finish the job with posts and crowns. He did not mention this before, and I was under the impression that a [redacted] had all prices included. My family and I didn't have any money, so I was unable to finish the work; subsequently I lost those 3 teeth. By the time I was able to pay for it, the [redacted] failed and I now need implants (around $4000 a tooth?).

Without teeth on the bottom half of my mouth, I will soon lose the teeth on the top due to atrophy.

[redacted] handed me a treatment plan which was well over $20,000, and told me that if I didn't take out a loan to pay for it, I will probably lose all my teeth.

I CRIED hysterically and sobbed "I don't want to lose my teeth!" and fought back tears, as he applied for a loan in my name with my father as a cosigner (who never signed anything). He sat across the desk from me blank and apathetic; and failed to mention a program they participate in which would have saved me some money.([redacted]- a discount plan) *this part really bothers me for some reason.

He told me this loan was 'Interest Free' for 2 years. (After making consistent payments of $373 for 2 years, I had a small balance left at the end of the 2 year period. Because I had an outstanding balance when the promotional period ended, I was charged 27% interest on the PRINCIPAL! My balance jumped from $800 to $5000, and my credit dropped from the mid 600s to 450). I'll come back to this later.

2) After I was approved for $9,000 loan and began the work, the dentist who was performing the work (at their OWN practice) looked at my treatment plan confused, He struggled to understand why they said I needed so much work. After looking into my file he said (verbatim), "oh I see why they are telling you that you need this; you were approved for a $9000 [redacted] loan". Someone at their own practice admitted that they were taking advantage of me. I doubt that it's a coincidence that I've read an ALARMING amount of negative reviews about this business- who say the EXACT same thing; they tell people they need work which is not necessarily the case.

They charged my card $9000 as soon as it was approved, even before I started/even decided to receive treatment. After the incident described above, I've since (obviously) decided not to finish the work with them. They still have a balance of my money for unused work; the amount of my available credit with them changes every time I call them (ranging from $6000 to $1500)- so who knows what i'm actually owed. However, I bet if they refunded this money (like they say they did) I wouldn't have an outstanding balance with [redacted].

3) Out of viable options to save my teeth, I decided my only chance was to travel outside of the US (Costa Rica) to get the work done. I worked two full-time jobs, and my parents took money out of their 401k to pay for this trip; It cost half the price there. My bad luck continued- the work done there was terrible, and the dentist drilled through my nerve while he was attempting to extract one of my teeth.

Now my lower lip and chin are NUMB, and will be for the rest of my life! I'm 26 years old, and I will never feel a kiss the same way again.

I still need thousands of dollars worth of work, which I will never be able to afford (until I win the lotto- of course).

4) The United States Consumer Protection Bureau made a judgement against [redacted] a year ago for fraudulent, unethical and misleading business practices (because of situations EXACTLY like mine, where people were misled with 'interest free' promotions). [redacted] has been ordered to pay $34 million in restitution, for people who took out dental loans during a certain time period (I am included in this time frame, so it appears like I may be exempt from this ridiculous interest balloon). [redacted] is also a shady company, so I advice all to avoid dealing with them at all costs.

5) In an effort to better understand this whole situation, I went into their office a few days ago, and formally requested my medical records, treatment plans, X-rays, and -most importantly- the contract that I apparently 'signed' that has been the cherry on top of this sundae of doom. They refused to give me my records. The office manager said she couldn't give me my credit application/contract because [redacted] wasn't there. It was there visible on her screen, and she refused to print it without [redacted]. I can only speculate why they wouldn't do this...

I offered to pay for my records, but I was told that I would have to pay $75 PER PAGE! This is by far the most ridiculous thing i've ever heard; I have a legal right to have these documents.

I recorded this whole conversation. When I showed her that I was recording this, and requested that she clearly state whether or not she was denying me access to these records, she asked me to leave.

6) [redacted] inadvertantly took out a loan in my fathers name that he had no knowledge of. This phantom loan has been destroying my fathers credit for years. [redacted] has claimed that he has corrected it several times- but this is not the case.

This is my experience with Guerrino dentistry, and while I'm not a dentist, nor am I an expert in this field, I can say wholeheartedly that this practice is a scam. Its an atrocity.

This is my story of dental doom and gloom, and their responsibility in this mess is hard for me to decipher- as I am obviously biased.This determination is up to the reader to decide.

PS- I could go on and on about the poof quality of service and work done by these dentists, but that list would be at least twice the size as this one.Desired Settlement: I can't even think of something that would rectify this travesty; I lost teeth that will never grow back. I lost feeling in my chin and lower lip, and I will never feel a soft kiss again. My credit is destroyed, despite making painstaking payments on time and working on building my credit for years. I've cried myself to sleep many times and had nightmares about being toothless and alone. It breaks my mothers heart because they can't afford to pay for this. My father feels like less of a man.

I know without a doubt that Guerrino dentristry is directly and indirectly at fault for this. I'm in the process of finding a lawyer, and believe that a class action suit may be in order. Contact me for info, and/or if you've had similar experience with this group practice. [redacted]

Review: Had a full [redacted] done at this dental office less than 2 years ago. Paid an out of pocket expensive at the time of the dental work of about $375. The dentist that did the work was subsequently fired from the practice. Less than 2 years later the $400 crown fell out and I had to return to have it recemented in. There was nothing wrong with the crown or tooth. It simply fell out from not being properly cemented. The life expectancy for the permanent crown is 5-10 years. The office billed my insurance for the recementing of the crown, $350, that failed due to poor work done by the practice.Desired Settlement: I want my insurance refunded and/or the claim withdrawn from my dental insurance.
