Review: I purchased a top online at guess.com when the order was being filled they realized the top was no longer available. I was told that the guess location in [redacted] MA phone number ###-###-#### had the top in my size online. She called and had the top put on hold and told me that due to the inconvenience all shipping would be waived. when I called and spoke w Camrin the asst manager he said he was not told to waive shipping fees. that if only I call customer service again and have them tell him to waive shipping he would work something out. I did call customer service back and this time spoke with beto. The corporate guess employee BETO called the asst. manager camrin and asked him to waive the shipping fee due because that location was the only one with the top in my size to fulfill their order to me. After making me recall customer service to confirm the waiving of shipment, camrin refused to honor his earlier agreement to waive shipping cost even after guess corporate customer service advised him to. I spend loys of money with this company and was shocked that for a seven dollar shipping fee they would rather lose a customer. Camrin wasted my time and wasted more money then seven dollars by losing me as a customer to the guess company.
