I was forced charged for of the exact size, color of coats I only wanted I was never asked to confirm the total charged On Thanksgiving Day, I wanted a black leather coat, size small There were none in the store The salesperson checked and the only available coat was online I agreed to have the coat shipped to me w/free shipping This rep did not confirm the amount to be charged and she ordered coats instead of only I wanted her to correct this She got the manager, whom after minutes of checking things on the computer tells me that there is nothing they can do because they "don't know where the coats are being shipped from I could be another store or from the warehouse." Very poor online system as it filled an order then send you out of stocks email notification hours laterThey did this multiple timesWhen I called they handled my issue very poorlyThe first time I called the agent responded saying she will expedite the shipping for the missing item (Items got stocked in less than hours from send out of stock and messing up my order) Called couple hours later to confirm as the phone was dropped with the first agent after one hour and half of waiting2nd agent said the order wasn't expedited as priority and she will try to expedite itI have a flight to catch on Saturday and this was WednesdayMy original order was a week before that I have a flight on Saturday so time was very tightThey send a notification to the warehouse to upgrade to expedited and after couple escalation they confirmed it was going to be expedited It didn't stop here! toward the end of the day that more items are out of stock (Basically out of items)They sent an email that one item out of stock but when I called they said wait and see maybe you get all items! Then I escalated because I said I need to go to the store and fill up the missing orders and you can't leave me hangingThe rude escalation confirmed the whole out of stocks and that if item out of stocks then they can't do anything! (So why your system filled my order in the first place??? and your agent failed to find out? and then when they sent notification to warehouse they failed to confirm that they don't have the order they agreed to expedite?
