Good afternoonThank you for your help with this complaintI just wanted to let you know as the winter is coming and no-risk painting didn't start painting work , I had to go for contract with other painterOther painter started work today, but it is costing me additional $USD (total is $USD) compared to contract that I had with NoRisk PaintingThe reason that it is costing more for me now is because of we are very near to winter and all painters are busy and demanded more price to do painting this seasonI can't wait until next year, since I don't want exterior of my house may get damage, if coming winter has more snow like last winterThis is for your information to get reimbursement of this additional cost $USD from No Risk paintingAlso No risk painting didn't refund my full deposit yet, they sent me a check for partial deposit refund

Regards, *** ***

*** *** signed up to get his house paint with us in Mid-July Our company policy is to not put anyone on the schedule without a full material deposit, but we made an exception with *** *** and allowed him to only pay 1/ He had demanded to have his home painted prior to 9/ We told him we do not make promises on dates as we cannot control the weather and some jobs take longer than expected, but we will do everything in our power to accommodate him Lucky for us and all involved with exterior home projects we had a very dry July and AugustWe contacted *** *** in early August to inform him we were ready to start on his home and will be able to accommodate his request for completion prior to 9/ He said that start date did not work for him and he will contact us when he is ready. Then last week he reached out and called three times (all within a few minutes of each other) after we had closed the office for the day When he did not hear from us (due to him calling after hours) he left a negative and untrue review on both the Revdex.com's and *** review siteswhich are two of the most visible places for a potential customer to view us I was frustrated because I felt we had done everything we could do accommodate this man who has been demanding from the onset I replied to the negative reviews, informing him I did not feel comfortable working on his home, and I immediately returned his partial deposit.A few days later *** *** called our office and the person (***) who met with him and gave him the estimate He once again demanded that we start his house I told him we did not feel comfortable working on his home He then repeatedly said that if we do not do work on his home he will place a complaint with the Revdex.com I told him that we do not respond to threats and that I will not allow him to hang the threat of a Revdex.com complaint over my head as blackmail At the end of the day, being that he was allowed to pay for less than 10% of the total job up front with the rest coming at the end and based upon his erratic behavior to date, I did not feel comfortable that we would receive payment in full if we were to do the work

Good afternoon. Thank you for your help with this complaint. I just wanted to let you know as the winter is coming and no-risk painting didn't start painting work , I had to go for contract with other painter. Other painter started work today, but it is costing me additional $2300 USD (total is...

$7300 USD) compared to contract that I had with NoRisk Painting. The reason that it is costing more for me now is because of we are very near to winter and all painters are busy and demanded more price to do painting this season. I can't wait until next year, since I don't want exterior of my house may get damage, if coming winter has more snow like last winter. This is for your information to get reimbursement of this additional cost $2300 USD from No Risk painting. Also No risk painting didn't refund my full deposit yet, they sent me a check for partial deposit refund.
