Dear Customer we apologized for any inconvenience that was for you, the morning clerk offer you tohave a free night at the Guest House Inn after you came to the front desk, you declined after you leftshe send housekeeping to check the room they found no bed bugs in the room, and then the HealthDepartment Inspector come to check the room in matter he didn't found any bed bugs in the room.Report is includedAgain we apologized for any inconvenience.**Please see attached**

I am rejecting this response because: This business said first they don't do refunds even though we brought down a dead bed bug and photos from our room, then said they'd call us but didn't, so I contacted the Revdex.com and then the company said to come down and they'd fix it and now they're saying they're not affiliated and can't help. Why is it so hard to give a refund for one night?
