I wanted to let you know that a complaint that I filed with you on 12-31-2015, and which was closed on 1-19-due to no response from the business, has been resolved to my satisfaction When I received your e-mail advising that my complaint had been closed due to
non-response, I made one more attempt to contact the Hello Rewards program now used by Guest House Inn of Sutherlin I included a PDF copy of the Revdex.com material, and my disappointment that Red Lion Inn/Hello Rewards program didn’t respond I received an apology from Hello Rewards, rewards certificates for two free nights, and assurances that all stays at the Guest House Inn would be retroactively credited once the Hello Rewards program is fully on-line for Guest House Inns
So thank you for your assistance
