I am rejecting this response because: Everything the business said is correct. The only problem is they threw out ALL of my condiments which they agreed not to do. The CEO even says it in his email. We agreed they wouldn't throw out any unopened food or condiments. I came home to an empty refrigerator. The cleaned disposed of $100 worth of condiments and that is why I filed this complaint in the first place. I am looking for $100 in purchase the condiments that were disposed. Thanks.

[redacted] Response to Complaint: ID [redacted] it is very regrettable that Mr [redacted] was unhappy with the cleaning services we provided him and we want to make it clear that when his original displeasure was communicated - we voided...

all pending payment and NEVER charged him for our services. However the details of his complaint are not accurate and so we wish to set the record straight: Mr [redacted] signed up for GuestPrep services on Jan 31st 2018. During our on-boarding process we ask new clients an number of questions about their preferences for cleaning their property. To the question: "What shall we do with food in your refrigerator?", Mr [redacted] answered "Throw away everything apart from un-opened items & condiments". See Figure 1 below, this is his time stamped entry on our On-boarding Form. Mr [redacted] proceeded to book a cleaning service for Feb 26th 2018.In an email thread prior to the clean we arranged to start at 12.30pm. He asked how long it would take and we estimated 2.5 to 3hrs as long as the state of the property was good and it had been professionally cleaned recently. Mr [redacted] admitted his place had not been professionally cleaned but was in 'phenomenal shape'. Shortly after the clean started, the GuestPrep cleaner called into our Area Manager and described the property as being very dirty with mildew build-ups in all the bathrooms She was told to work as fast as possible but ensure the property was in great shape.
