when the guest arrive to the hotel we where busy with a two different guest, ones we finish with the guest before we approach the guest and ask her how ca we help you, they replay that they have a reservation, their reservation was made by a third party reservation, original reservation was for
nights they ask if they cancel if it was going to be a charge for canceling the reservation we replay that its going to be one nights charge but they have to contact the website that they make their reservation, they din't do it and proceed with check in, I ask again before they make the payment are your sure you want to continue they did't replay back after they check in they call the third party where the reservation was made we agree that we are going to refund the nights but not the first one, they said okay after they enter the room they came down and the guest star yelling at us, calling are name we try to calm her down but she continue, we had to call the police because she was so angry, the police calm her down and they stay for one night at check out time we give them the refund for the remaining night, we apologize for any inconvenience

Hi, we didn't have any complains from her till night before she check out,  because she said she was going to check out early morning and that she need her deposit to be ready, I told her that when she check inn that we need her ID or Driver License, the day she check inn she said that she...

did't have it with her,  that she forgot it at her daughter car, so I inform her that on the City Of Fife is an Ordinance for Public Lodging Places that require their Identification for all the guest  registered for the room, I told her that  she can call her daughter to take a picture and sent it to us on our E-mail she said that she was going to do it early morning, she never did it. we not refusing to give her money back, the only thing she need to provide to us is her driver license that's all, but she refuses to send the information, I explained to her that because she did the reservation to a third party we can't do any changes to the reservation.

I am rejecting this response because: of course my wife was upset. The manager clearly gave us a dirty room on top of that he was being rude. I have evidence of the dirty room. We took pictures if I'm allowed to post I can do that for the Revdex.com. It was disgusting.

our cancellation policy is 24th hours before arrival  and they read and agree to it before they summit the reservation with a third party when they call the hotel to cancel the reservation we always tell them to call booking to cancel because was done thru them,  she dint even cancel this...

thru Booking.com because when the night Audit was done the reservation wasn't cancel the night audit report it as a no-show if you have any questions please call at 253-922-3500
