Revdex.com: I have reviewed the? response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that the response? would not resolve my complaint.? For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below At NO point was I allowed to view any portion of the camera.? The plumber BEFORE and the plumber AFTER McNeely did their work BOTH informed me that there was mud in the line...and neither of them found any issues with grease in the line.? If the camera was actually used, then they would have seen mud.? Mud doesn't just magically vanish.? The drain line had a very large break in it and was filling with dirt and mud.? This would have been VERY visible if an actual camera had been used.? They neither cleaned the line properly nor used the camera properly and this resulted in property damage and loss of income.? McNeely's failure to accept responsibility will force me to escalate this claim to the Indiana Attorney General, and even a claim in small claims court.? This is very easy to see that McNeely failed to do their job properly...as is verified by two other plumbing companies Regards, [redacted]

The direct actions of Bobby the plumber resulted in additional water damage to the condo below us.3)? Bobby the plumber saw the additional damage and didn't own up to the fact that this was as a result of his effort to try to fix the leak.4)? If Bobby the plumber had not proceeded with his actions including filling the tub with water then seeing it leak even more in the condo below us the additional water damage would not have happened.5) I left voice mails, spoke to a female at the MCNeeley office and spoke to McNeeley directly wherein I reported our dissatisfaction with McNeeley asking us to pay over $for a problem not fixed and additional damages caused.\6) Bobby made statements to Mr [redacted] :--"THat's about all I can do here."? That was after he saw the additional damage in the condo below.--" You should talk to my boss and see if he will comp you."? We are not going to pay for work that did not fix the problem and caused further damage to the condo below.? [redacted] ? Regards, [redacted]

We asked our plumber what he remembered from the January service visit. He stated that the tenant was not home when he arrived and our office contacted the homeowner who came over and met us which has been confirmed by our dispatcher. The homeowner was present and watched as we
inspected the drain line with the camera. Perhaps the homeowner has our company and service call confused with another company? We were not notified of any continued problems with the drain after the camera inspection. Your letter of complaint is our first notice of any additional problemsPlease be aware that camera inspections are not percent accurate. The line can only be inspected to the extent of was is visible. It is possible grease and debris were obstructing the camera view. We sympathize with the homeowner regarding his drain problem, but we cannot accept responsibility

We were unaware of Mrs***’s dissatisfaction, until her refusal to pay for services rendered. We have spoken to Mrs*** regarding her concerns. To review the service call briefly, we were contacted because there was a leak causing damage to the condo below. It is
important to note, that Mrs*** was not home at the time work was performed. Mr*** was present. Our plumber did not speak with Mrs*** at any time. The problem is a leak from the garden bathtub area. With Mr*** present and aware of all work being performed, we replaced the tub strainer with no guarantee that this would correct the problem. The tub installation prevents access to the drainage system without removing the tub. We advised the Mr.*** that the tub would have to be removed to make repairs. Further repairs were declined and Mr*** stated they were considering a having a new shower installed.
