Guevara Ramirez Landscaping, inc's account of events represents a complete untruth.  The vendor, upon completing the spring cleanup, asked to be paid in cash immediately.  I explained that we pay monthly, as had been agreed upon prior to his hiring, and that once a bill was submitted, we would gladly and promptly remit payment by check.  We have yet to receive a bill so we are not aware of what exactly is due, and as the vendor unilaterally changed the terms of agreement insisting upon both immediate and cash payment terms, has made that impossible.   In addition, it should be noted that if what the vendor is claiming is true, how does he explain that he ceased work prior to any payment being due, what is his justification for that?  It was the vendor who violated the terms of the agreement by 1stchanging the agreed upon schedule delivery of his services, scope of his services. and then insisting upon Cash and Immediate payment for said services.

Once again, I must state that we have yet to receive a bill for the limited services rendered and we are not asking for the vendor to continue to work with us in any way  In addition, there has been there has been no slanderous comments made, since everything that I have claimed has been the truth. The issue is that [redacted] Landscaping made a commitment to do the work on our property for the spring thru fall of 2015 and was unreliable and did not fulfill the business agreement he had made.

The customers were presented with the bill for the spring cleanup . The bill was presented at the end of the month. There has been no payment . The company does not commence further work until the previous work has been completed . We will not go back and forth with this matter , work was done for the customers and as of June **,2015 still no payment . We will not work with clients who will not pay . If the client continues to slander my business and my reputation , legal action will commence.

Review: [redacted] is unreliable. He does not show up when he is supposed to and he does not return phone calls. He did not show up in 4weeks and promised to service us on a weekly basis on Thursday or Friday each week.Desired Settlement: Show op on a weekly basis this year as we discussed and he committed to.
