DO NOT waste your time with this school, not only will the rob you of your time, GI bill and money, but they will also not give you the education you deserve ! I know someone who recently attended the school, he is a veteran, a father, a full time student and also holds a steady part time job. This individual not only failed his ground school by 4 points, but was told they would do nothing to help him earn the extra 4 points to pass . Could seem fair, the issue is they refuse to give extra credit, there is no homework, quizzes can be 5 questions, and your grade is based off of your quizzes and test . So one quiz can make you fail the whole class . Not only was this an issue, but they then told him he needed to take a failing grade in flight ( which he is passing ). So they obviously are watching him fail both classes and refuse to do anything about it . This class also ended three weeks before the semester ended, you think they would take the time allowed and give there students the resources and time to succeed, but again they don't . They do offer tutor sessions , which conflict with his work hours. It has been said numerous times in this class by the teacher that if you do not attend ( a voluntary class) "you will fail".! (This is been said by many students who have attended these sessions).

Another issue , since the second week of the semester they have scheduled some students more flight hours and some less . The schools response to this was, " the students who are succeeding get priority, and anything that is left goes to the others." So, from the begging they separate there students, and do not give the remaining students the flight hours, time, or essentials to again pass these courses. Out of 20 students, I know of at least 4 that have failed this semester .

I am not saying this is all the students fault, because they each could have tried a little harder. I am however saying that I have never heard nor dealt with an educational institution that will not do everything in there power to see there students to succeed .

This is where I get angry, this institution focuses on our veterans, getting them to use there GI bill to attend this school. Well of course, this is not there money but they did make ultimate sacrifices that a lot of people won't do for our country, so I believe they earned all of that money. Either way the VA is paying about $40,000+( this does not include books, flight suits, head sets, etc.) a semester for these students to attend, and yes the VA will pay for each class to be taken one more time, before it comes out of your own pocket . On average the school is making about $800,000 per semester from there 20 students attending . Would you care if your students failed, knowing you would just make extra money ? I truly believe this institution targets the military knowing they will use there GI bill, yet they take the money and do not go out of there way to help there students. If they want to become a bigger institution they should not focus on certain students, or money. They should focus on watching there students succeed ! They will rob you of money and your education, they also rob the VA each semester ( I will also be contacting the VA).

I would also like to mention that the flight instructors talk badly about other students to students. Yes, they may feel they should be able to say certain things without it being an issue, I however, know it is very unprofessional ! If you also look at there facebook page you will see where some students are treated different from others . There are pictures of a selected few students congratulating them on there first solo flight, or private pilot license . Seems great, yet why again would you not do that for each student. What makes the student in the picture different from the student flying next to them ?

Overall, I do not believe this institution should have an A rating. I do not believe they should treat there students differently. I do however believe they should want to see there students succeed, and want to help them accomplish there goals.

Again this school is a headache don't waste your time !
