Review: This company was hired to replace a flat roof, replace gutters, and replace a patio cover. The company was hired based on the assurances of the owner that all work would be performed correctly, and because of his stated years of experience in the business. Once hired, the owner sent subcontractors to do all of the work. With regard to the flat roof, the subcontractors dropped heavy roofing materials on the hot water heater vent, crushing the bottom of the vent against the top of the hot water heater and causing a dangerous situation inside the house. A plumber had to be called to repair the vent. With regard to the gutters, they do not meet up to the edges of the new patio cover, causing water to pour off of the roof during a rainstorm. The patio cover still leaks when it rains, and the only remedy the owner has offered is to send the same person who installed it out to look at it and put more caulk on it. I have called this company numerous times to come look at and correct the patio cover, but the owner ignores telephone calls and apparently does not stand by his work. This has been an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience, for which I paid nearly $6,000.00Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of what was paid for the patio cover, which is useless when it rains, in addition to the $316.00 plumbing bill I had to pay for the crushed hot water heater vent.
